    • Visit your nearest Customer Happiness Center.
    • Get an automated turn ticket and wait.
    • Submit your application and all required documents to the customer service employee.
    • Pay the service fee, if applicable.
  • Amer Service Center:
    • Visit your nearest Amer Service Center.
    • Get an automated turn ticket and wait.
    • Submit your application and all required documents to the customer service employee.
    • Pay the service fee, if applicable.

Renewal fees

  • Residence permit renewal fee: AED 200
  • Extra charges:
    • Knowledge dirham: AED 10
    • Innovation dirham: AED 10
    • Fee inside the country: AED 500
    • Delivery fee: AED 20
  • Note: The issuance fee increases by AED 100 per year if your residence period is more than two years.
